Over 8,000 tanks have been jacked and repaired using Verwater’s “Tanknology”. No matter what size or type, there is a jacking method for every tank. • Engineering Each type of tank requires a different technical solution. Vast experience combined with the latest computing methods results in the safest, most efficient technical solutions. All designs and investigations comply with international standards for tank construction and repair. Our services include complete tank pit design as well as detailed engineering. • Civil works The range of work carried out by Verwater includes the construction of complete tank pits. The company has wide experience regarding liquid tight tank pits which comply with environmental regulations. Its work may involve new construction or the rehabilitation of existing tank pits and is integrally linked with leak detection systems. In addition to civil works inside the tank pit, Verwater also undertakes total infrastructural works on plants. • Installation of liquid tight membranes The installation of membranes underneath tanks is an integral part of tank jacking. Verwater has its own teams to install these liners. The kind of liner depends on the type of product stored and the mechanical specifications. A wide range of leak detection systems are available.
