Shin-Etsu shut down unit 100 and 200 Botlek Rotterdam
We've been carrying out stops (shut-downs) since 2006 at Shin-Etsu Botlek, and since then we perform the work in the 100 and 200 units.
Besides what is in our scope work, we also execute various projects during the stop.
The preparation for the works is planned by Verwater Mechanical, with thier project team on-site.
The works include the of Disassembling / Assembling equipment, vessels, towers, airfin banks, piping, etc.
During the stop, Jan Franken (Project Manager) and his team, worked with 40 people, staff, welders and fitters.
These stops can be executed in 4 weeks.
