Verwater to build 200.000m3 expansion of Argos Terminal

Argos Terminals B.V. has appointed Verwater to build Tank Pit 18 with a total capacity of 200.000m3 and all related work outside of the tank pit. This phase 6.1 is an expansion of their existing terminal at Rotterdam. The scope of work consists primarily of Tank Construction, Civil, E&I and Piping activities as well as the design and construction of a new jetty.

The first pile for foundation works will be placed end of March 2012 and the project is to be finalized August 2013. This morning, Mr. Roland Pechtold, CEO of Argos Terminals B.V. and Mr. Paul Verwater, Owner of Verwater have signed the agreement for the Argos phase 6.1 Project.
