As an HR Advisor at Verwater Group B.V., you will be responsible for supporting management in managing and developing staff. Preferably, you have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and processes. You contribute to the renewal and development of the personnel policy. You also have knowledge and experience of HR systems such as Afas and experience with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus. As an HR Adviser, you work a lot with personnel data. It is therefore important that you as a person have integrity, are accurate and meticulous and that you have a service-oriented attitude.
The team works completely digitally and hybrid working will increasingly become part of the work. Training will mainly take place at the Rotterdam office by colleagues. We are a developing department.
What will you be doing?
The main focus will be on the HR process.

Because we get the job done together. Furthermore, you work in a very structured way, i.e. your planning and activities are always in order and you are good at setting priorities. You have strong communication skills and can quickly oversee processes. Furthermore, you can work well independently.
