Completion ETT 3

Early 2010 there was an integrated team created between VTTI, Verwater and several subcontractors. The team created an objective to complete the ETT III project in January 2012. To achieve that goal, in October 2011 the project accelerated due to double shifts, day and night.  

Around 700 workers were working daily on site, seven days a week. The challenge was to perform the works of all different disciplines in a safe way and we have accomplished that goal successfully. The target date was achieved and at this moment we are in the latest stage of the project: testing & commissioning.  

This means that from now on, the ETT III terminal is a live plant and we have to work according the ETT III work permit system to perform the last activities. These last activities like painting, landscaping and other minor works will be finalized around April 2012.
